Returns Policy

Please inspect all goods when they are delivered. Do not accept delivery of damaged items - the courier will return them to us and will contact you to arrange replacement delivery.

If your delivery is faulty or items are missing from a kit, we will send replacement or missing parts in a reasonable time period. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order of any damaged or missing items.
